Kameda Seika will release "Usuyaki Gourmet Ume Wasabi" on May 7th. The estimated price is around 130 yen (excluding tax). The sale period is until the end of July.
This is a Japanese-style lightly grilled plum that uses dried plum meat from Kishu Nanko plums and has a refreshing sourness of plums with a slight wasabi accent. You can enjoy the combination of refreshing acidity and spiciness, and it seems that the taste is perfect for the coming hot season.
