Kaminarimon, a famous place in Asakusa, Tokyo. About 5 minutes on foot from there is "Pure Cafe Mountain".


The retro interior illuminated by soft lights. The Japanese-style table has a unique atmosphere with wood-grained walls, shining stained glass, and mysterious figurines. It's strange because they all fit nicely on the spot.

The specialty of the store is the jumbo-sized " Sky Tree Parfait ". I was attracted to the powerful parfait, but this time I ordered "Cream Soda" and "Red Berry Soda" that I fell in love with at first sight in the showcase. The price is 800 yen each (tax included).

Appeared in a large glass that seems to be about twice as large as ordinary soda. Both are topped with soft serve ice cream on top of bright soda. The bubbles that sway finely in the glass look cool.


Cream soda has a refreshing sweetness. It passes through the throat with a pleasant carbonic acid stimulus. When the soft serve ice cream melts in, it has a mellow taste. Milky richness adds happiness.


Red berry soda is sweet and sour and fresh. The acidity of the berries matches the sharp carbonic acid. It is best to enjoy the refreshing feeling of soda and the luxury of dessert at the same time.


A good old pure coffee shop where you can enjoy retro cream soda. Even though I came for the first time, I felt nostalgic. When I want to get away from my busy life, I will open the door again.
