"Milk Cream Cafe" will open in Ginza Mitsukoshi, Tokyo for a limited time from April 25th to May 8th.

The store specializes in fresh cream that sells various sweets using "ultimate fresh cream". Using fresh cream from the Neku district of Hokkaido, it is an original blend to give it a rich yet refreshing taste. Furthermore, by carefully adding air and mixing, it seems that a cream with a good mouthfeel will be completed.

In addition to the popular chiffon cakes and soft serve ice cream, the lineup includes Ginza-only Japanese sweets "Hokkaido red beans and matcha chiffon cakes." Fresh cream is combined with Hokkaido azuki beans and matcha chiffon cake, and black honey is sprinkled on the finish. The price is 650 yen.
