"Egg-free egg-shaped rice base" sold at each KALDI Coffee Farm store (excluding some stores). It comes with 2 meals and the price is 120 yen (tax included).
This is a bonito-flavored egg-shaped rice base. Besides rice, it is recommended to match it with udon and curry. KALDI's original product.
What does it mean that you don't need eggs even though it's rice with eggs? I actually tried it.
■ Tasting
An egg-shaped rice base that falls on top of rice. Certainly, it looks like "after sprinkling soy sauce and mixing a little". Can this be expected? When I try to eat the part that has been taken a lot ... Yeah? Strangely salty. The bonito broth is so strong that you can't feel the flavor of the egg. I think that the yolk-like and thick feeling is reproduced well.
When mixed with a large amount of white rice, I couldn't say "completely omelet rice!" It is not a soy sauce made from ordinary soy sauce, but has a taste similar to that of soy sauce for omelet rice. After all, the bonito is too strong.
The smoothness is similar to that of omelet rice that uses only egg yolk, so it may be recommended for people who are not good at the “dull” feeling of white meat (using only egg yolk).
