Additive-free dressing "Foromiru"
Do you know this

"Foromiru" sold at each KALDI Coffee Farm store (excluding some stores). It comes in 330 ml and costs 410 yen (tax included).

This is a thick creamy dressing. The raw materials are edible vegetable oils (soybean oil / rapeseed oil), brewed vinegar, onions, sugar, soy sauce, salt, garlic, mustard, and pepper. It is made by a manufacturer called "Yamashina" in Tokushima prefecture.

Foromir

There are rumors that this dressing is too popular and difficult to obtain, such as "I rarely see it in stores!" And "I can't buy it unless I order it!" When I asked the nearby KALDI to order it, I was lucky enough to get it in about a week.

■ It's like a restaurant !?
When I try it on a salad ... Oh! This is an addictive taste! The onion flavor is strong, and the umami of garlic and mustard will chase afterwards. Although it is creamy, it has a moist aftertaste and no unpleasant habit! The word "simple and delicious" is the perfect taste.

Trot and mellow

The balance of sourness and saltiness is just right, and there are places where the taste does not become strong even if you apply plenty. You can eat lettuce, carrots, eggs, and other vegetables that go well with any of the ingredients. Besides salad, you can enjoy it with cold tofu or cold shabu-shabu.

You can eat as much as you want

■ By the way ...
Although it is said to be "difficult to obtain" in KALDI, the same product is actually sold as "Foro dressing" at supermarkets and the like! The editorial staff of En-eating also buys it at "Inageya" in the neighborhood and keeps it on hand. If you can't find it at the KALDI store, you may want to check the supermarket or mail order near you.

An exquisite dressing "Foromiru" that makes vegetables even more delicious. When you see it, be sure to pick it up!
