The first To go type souffle pancake pudding specialty store "FLIPPER'S STAND" will open in NEWoMan Shinjuku, Tokyo on April 27th.

A new format of "FLIPPER'S", a store specializing in souffle pancakes. This stand is limited to To go menus and was born from the idea of "more casual for more people".

The signature menu is "Miracle Souffle Pancake Pudding," which is a combination of delicate dough that is carefully baked using carefully selected ingredients and custard pudding. By putting homemade cream in the dough, it has a moist and fluffy texture. The four layers of souffle pancake, maple butter cream, caramel sauce, and custard pudding melt at different times.


There are three flavors available: "plain" (500 yen) with caramel sauce, rich "chocolate" (540 yen), and seasonal "strawberry" (580 yen) (all prices are tax-excluded). If you purchase 2 or more, it will be provided with the original box.


The store is located at 5-24-55 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo NEWoMan Ekinaka (inside Shinjuku Station New South Exit Station).
