I want to bring my loved one! An unpretentious but slightly stylish yakitori restaurant "Toriguchi" has opened in Gotanda, Tokyo. This is the first yakitori specialty store in the "Soregashi" series.

The chicken used is mainly Daisenji chicken from Tottori prefecture. If you're lucky, you can also eat the rare Saga Prefecture fresh sea chicken ... maybe?

First, check out the single dish! Attention is the "Oyama chicken frit" which is fried with Oyama chicken breast, "Egg and Karasumi in a shirt" which is entwined with grilled toast and melted egg, and "Torito" of 〆. It is "boiled noodles of chicken soup stock".

Daisen chicken frit is served with a shallot sauce that combines red wine vinegar and a secret nam pla. The breast meat wrapped in crispy batter is plump and juicy! The acidity of the shallot sauce makes the whole thing refreshing. It goes well with white wine!

Next, I personally made the biggest hit, the egg and karasumi in a shirt. A soft-boiled poached egg with melted carpis butter and karasumi. By the way, it's an interesting product name, but it seems that it was named because the Italian word for poached egg is "egg in a shirt".

The protagonist yakitori is served in order from the baked one. There are 10 of them in total, so the volume of one is a little more modest than that of a typical yakitori (still quite satisfying).

By the way, Mr. Nishiguchi, who works as a roaster, is from "Toriyoshi" (Nakameguro, Tokyo), a yakitori restaurant with a continuous line. The skills and love that you have learned through training are put into each skewer and baked.

Toriguchi where you can enjoy not only yakitori but also a little unique chicken dish. Although it is mainly counter seats, semi-private room seats are also available, so it seems that it can be used for adult dates and dinner parties with business partners.

The store is located at 2-28-10 Nishigotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 17:00 to 24:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. It's quite crowded, so I think it's sure to make a reservation in advance!
