From the Akagi Nyugyo "Garigari-kun" series, "Garigari-kun Kyushu Mikan" will be released this year as well. The package will be renewed and will be sold nationwide from March 20th. The estimated price is 70 yen (excluding tax).

This is Gari-gari-kun using mandarin orange juice from Kyushu. Mandarin-flavored candy contains mandarin-flavored shaved ice with a crunchy texture.


The package is designed with the local character "Kumamon" and Gari-gari-kun with black ears and red cheeks, which are the characteristics of Kumamon. Part of the sales of the products will be donated to support the reconstruction of the Kumamoto earthquake.

At the "Kumamon Birthday Festival 2018" to be held on March 10th and 11th, a total of 6,000 Gari-Gari-kun Kyushu oranges will be distributed free of charge. A chance to taste a little earlier than the release date!
