After all spring is clam udon!
At each Marugame Seimen store, the limited-time menu "Spring Asari Udon" will be on sale from March 13th to early April (excluding some stores).
Spring clam udon is a dish of "Umami heap of sea" that combines plenty of clams and wakame seaweed. The clams are served so much that the noodles are hidden, and you can fully enjoy the plump body. Also, after ordering, the clams with shells are boiled with soup stock so that you can enjoy the taste and aroma of the clams along with the udon noodles.
The prices are average 590 yen, large 690 yen, and profitable 790 yen, all including tax.
