A school bag cake that first appeared last year (2017) and was well received. The mousse cake is wrapped in a soft sponge dough and the surface is coated with colorful chocolate. In addition to black and pink, a new color, yellow, has joined the ranks this year.


Black is made by wrapping caramel mousse and chocolate mousse in sponge cake and coating it with chocolate. Pink is strawberry mousse and vanilla mousse wrapped in sponge cake and coated with pink chocolate. Yellow is a mixed juice-based mousse wrapped in sponge dough and coated with yellow chocolate.

The approximate size is 13.5 x 13 x 5 cm (for 3-4 people). The price is 2,000 yen each (tax included). Available at "Cake Shop" on the 1st floor of Senri Hankyu Hotel and "Fonte" on the 1st floor of Hotel Hankyu Expo Park.
