The "Original Sakura Mochi Ice Cream" (162 yen, tax included, same as below) consists of ice cream with sakura leaves and koshian (sweet bean paste) wrapped in a rice cake dough. The mochi dough, which is firm and soft, becomes softer after a little time.

The smooth and smooth sakura-flavored ice cream and the thin layer of koshian (sweet bean paste) spread in a well-balanced manner, filling the mouth with the flavor of sakura mochi (rice cake with sakura leaves).

From "Moheji" comes "Sakura Cookie" (397 yen), a slightly salty cookie kneaded with cherry leaves, "Sakura Mochi" (267 yen), a paste containing salted cherry leaf powder wrapped in marshmallow and rice cake, and "Sakura Senbei" (213 yen), a bite-sized shrimp rice cracker kneaded with domestic cherry leaves.

Sakura-an Doughnuts" and "Sakura-ring Castella

Also available are "Sakura-an Doughnut" (354 yen), made with dough kneaded with milk from Shinshu and filled with Sakura-an (cherry blossom leaf) chips, and "Sakura-ring Castella" (108 yen), a soft, moist, cherry-flavored doughnut made with Hokkaido milk, egg and honey and baked to perfection.
