This is a cup-yakisoba of "Yukisin-free" following "Nissin Yakisoba UFO Ankake Chinese-style Yakisoba" released in August 2017. By adding the sauce, which is characterized by the umami of miso and the spiciness of chili peppers, and "Toromi no Moto" to the remaining hot water after rehydrating the noodles, you can enjoy ankake-style dry fried noodles.
For the noodles, thin noodles are used so that the thick sauce is firmly entwined. The ingredients are plenty of large-sized cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, and carrots.
