This is a udon noodle with 250g (8.82oz) of clams. The thick clam meat, the umami that overflows from it, and the pride of the dashi stock, which is a blend of ingredients carefully selected by Hanamaru Udon, are intertwined, and the flavor of the clam and the scent of the clam rocky shore are said to be outstanding.
