Yamazaki "Lunch Pack Chikushi Mochifu"
Limited to Kyushu!

Yamazaki's "Lunch Pack" collaborates with Fukuoka's popular souvenir "Tsukushi Mochi". "Lunch Pack Chikushi Mochifu" was released on January 30th only in the Kyushu area (excluding some areas). The estimated price is 165 yen (tax included).

Josui-an's Chikushi Mochi, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, is a popular confectionery that represents Fukuoka. This Japanese confectionery is made by kneading chick rice from the Tsukushi Plain with carefully selected water, sprinkling it with fragrant flour using rare soybeans (tamahomare), which can only be obtained in Japan at 0.5%, and sprinkling it with black honey if you like.

The packed lunch Chikushi Mochi-style that appeared this time reproduces the taste of Chikushi Mochi by sandwiching Gyuhi and kinako cream and black honey with bread. You can enjoy the deliciousness of the fluffy bread and the chewy texture of the fertilizer. In addition, the design of the package uses the same "Hakata squeezing" pattern as the Chikushi Mochi box.
