The ingredients are hardtack and chocolate, this is all! You can add almonds and marshmallows if you like. The amount depends on your taste, but I made it with about 110g (3.88oz) of dry bread for 200g (7.05oz) of chocolate bar.


First, put the hardtack in a plastic bag and crush it. Be careful because if you crush it too much and make it into powder, the crunchy texture will be weakened! If you are worried that the vinyl will not tear while you hit it, it is safe to double it.




Crush the chocolate into small pieces and melt it. The trick is to use hot water at about 50-55 ° C (131 ° F) for the water bath and not to spend it for a long time.


Add crushed dry bread to the melted chocolate, mix it roughly, put it in a cup or vat, and cool it in the refrigerator.
