Mackerel grilled with salt is also sold at Lawson and FamilyMart (cheaper than 7-ELEVEN), but I personally like 7-ELEVEN because it is big and greasy, so I will use 7-ELEVEN mackerel this time. The point is that there are no bones. To be honest, shredded cabbage can be anywhere.

After that, if you like, you can prepare spices such as pepper and it's OK!

● How to make

Heat the mackerel grilled with salt in the microwave for about 50 seconds and cut it in half. You can use only one piece or sandwich two pieces in layers. If you stack two pieces, you will be quite full.



Set aside an appropriate amount of cabbage. If you want to keep the crispy texture, just put it in a heat-resistant plate if you want to hold it down and put it in a bakeware, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Steamed cabbage is recommended because it is not bulky and is moist and sweet and delicious.
