McDonald's "Cafe Latte" and "Caramel Latte" have been completely renewed for the first time. Reborn under the supervision of "the best barista in the world", it will be on sale at each store from January 15th.

Upon renewal, Hidenori Izaki, the "World's No. 1 Barista" who has a track record of 2014 World Barista Champion, completely supervised. It was developed with thorough attention to everything from the type of beans to the roasting method, espresso extraction, milk temperature, and detailed machine settings.

In addition, coffee beans have been renewed from the previous blend. From this time, Ethiopian mocha is added for shallow roasting that makes the best use of the original characteristics of beans. The method of grinding has also been changed to fine grinding to reduce bitterness and create a fragrant, deep taste. The "new latte" completed in this way is a cup where you can feel the "ultimate balance" of the richness of espresso and the natural sweetness of milk.
