This time I chose the most popular mix. It is served in a clay pot and is in a simmering state upon arrival.

A simmering stew arrives

A stew that has been simmered for hours while carefully removing the lye. It has a rich, rich yet clear taste with a refreshing aftertaste. It has a smooth texture and goes well with rice!

The meat is so tender that you can cut it with chopsticks, and it will loosen when you eat it. The big cuts are rugged and full of food! It also contains a thick tongue.

The tongue is also thick!

On the other hand, vegetables have a texture, onions are crispy and refreshing, and potatoes and carrots are so hard that you can feel the flavor when chewing. With a clear presence, the gap with stew and thick meat is good!

The small bowl of the set is boiled hijiki seaweed, dried daikon radish, and omasum. It also comes with pickles. These are brought to your seat before the stew, so you can eat them while you wait, or you can eat them in between stews.
