Maple & Walnut is an ice cream with roasted walnuts studded with Canadian maple syrup ice cream. Maple syrup "No.2 Amber", which is collected late and has a strong color, sweetness and flavor, is used.


Moist texture during thinning. The scent of maple burst at the moment of biting, so I thought it was a rather sweet finish, but the ice cream itself had a refreshing taste. The sweetness without kudzu goes well with the fragrant walnuts!

Mascarpone cheese & marble chocolate is an ice cream that combines mascarpone cheese and chocolate sauce. Chocolate sauce is entwined in a marble shape between the monaka and the ice cream.


Rich and rich mascarpone cheese-flavored ice cream. The point is the smoothness that melts in your mouth. The clear sweetness of the chocolate sauce adds to it, making you feel like you're eating tiramisu!


It's very rich, but the aftertaste is refreshing and it's nice that there is no kudzu.
