Ueshima Coffee Ten's new concept shop

Ueshima Coffee's new concept shop "Ueshima Coffee No. 11 (Number Eleven)" will open on October 1st in Onarimon, Tokyo. Going back to Japanese tea culture, we offer coffee brewed entirely by hand drip and a food menu that uses coffee beans as a secret ingredient.

By the way, the store name "No. 11" contains the idea that "I want to aim for a higher level of service that goes beyond communication with a perfect score of 10 points."

Somehow a nice shop feeling. I visited immediately!

◆ Customize coffee

When you enter the store, first order and pay for coffee and sandwiches at the counter cashier.

Black coffee can be ordered by choosing deep roasted or light roasted beans from a total of 5 types of beans, 1 blend + 4 single origins. Of course, there is also milk coffee, which is only blended beans.

I like coffee that is more sour, so I chose "Ethiopia" (550 yen, tax included, same below) with stronger sourness. I ordered it by deep roasting.

It's full-bodied but refreshingly fruity and easy to drink! A taste that goes well with sandwiches and other meals as well as sweets. delicious! I sigh involuntarily. It is a delicate taste that has been drip drop by drop.

◆ “Coffee” sandwich

Coffee beans are used in all menus at the store. Sandwiches also use "coffee oil" made from roasted coffee beans and oil, nuts, spices and flavored vegetables.

This time, I ordered a chicken sandwich "Spicy chicken and red vegetable sandwich" (550 yen) seasoned with coffee and spices.

Colorful!

A serial bread mixed with sunflower seeds, sandwiched between "red vegetables" such as red onions, red lettuce, and paprika, and plenty of chicken. Seasoned with sour cream sauce with beets.

The lightly toasted bread is crispy and fluffy inside. The chicken is moist, tender and juicy. Crispy, fluffy, moist, and crispy, you can enjoy various textures with a single bite.

The bread is insanely delicious as well as the ingredients

The spice is not so strong, and it is very delicious with mild seasoning! Every time I bite it, I felt a refreshing scent like fluffy citrus (spices?). By the way, I couldn't feel the secret coffee oil with my rough tongue, but I think people who understand it can understand it. How about that.

Unfortunately, it's a little hard to eat. The juice will drip while you have it, so it may be easier to eat if you have a burger bag or fork! It was delicious even after subtracting it.

◆ White tiramisu for dessert

"No.11 Tiramisu" (480 yen) is recommended for dessert and afternoon snack time. It is a style in which tiramisu, which is white like snow, is served with coffee. You can also add several types of toppings such as hazelnuts and caramel sauce (starting at 50 yen).

pure white!

It's like whipped cream! Even though it has a light mouthfeel, you can feel the richness of mascarpone. Add coffee at your favorite timing. Coffee is not sweet, so you can enjoy the simple and sophisticated harmony of mascarpone and coffee.

Drop coffee. What an adult tiramisu ...

Hazelnuts are recommended for additional toppings! The crunchy texture and the aroma and sweetness of the nuts that spread as you chew make it a richer and more pop tiramisu.

Zakuzaku, howahowa ~

Rather than having a quick meal and going home like a fast food restaurant, many people enjoyed reading books, focusing on the taste of coffee, and relaxing time like dripping coffee. It's nice to have a fashionable cafe like a foreign country, but I think the coffee time you can enjoy at a traditional Japanese coffee shop is also Otsu.

The store is located at Daiwa Onarimon Building, 6-1-11 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. It is said that it will be temporarily closed from December 2nd to 4th.
