"Manpuku Kanitama Ankake Udon" will be on sale from December 5th at each Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). Limited time until the end of January 2018. Prices start at 690 yen (tax included).

This is a warm udon noodle with trefoil, which is made by combining rich miso with egg ankake containing red snow crab, which is a "winter feast". The thick egg ankake that is made after the order is placed contains plenty of red snow crab, and by topping the large crab meat, you can fully enjoy the taste and texture of the crab.

By putting ankake on freshly boiled udon noodles, the heat is trapped and the last bite is hot. In addition, it seems that you can enjoy the true taste of "Kanizukushi", which adds depth and richness by sprinkling rich crab miso.
