A tart made by adding chocolate to cheese tart dough, baking it, and layering chocolate sauce on top of it. Glittering gold powder is sprinkled on the finish. Rich chocolate and sweet and sour berries play an exquisite harmony.
The plate is red and green with the image of "glittering Christmas". Homemade berry sauce with plenty of flesh of boiled strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc., and pistachio ice cream and whipped cream expressing fir tree are served.
