This is a "reward burger" with a generous amount of beef steak that sticks out of the buns. The steak is made by cutting only the soft "core" part of the shoulder loin of American Angus beef to a length of about 15 cm and a weight of about 100 g and baking it.

In addition, the original steak sauce, which is a blend of onion saute from Awaji, garlic from Aomori prefecture, and soy sauce using whole soybeans from Hokkaido, is combined and topped with fried garlic from Aomori prefecture.
