"Edo Mae Boiled Chinese Soba Kimihan Gotanda Store" is about a 2-minute walk from JR Gotanda Station. I would like to introduce the "Chinese noodles special soy sauce" offered here because it was quite delicious. The price is 1,000 yen per cup.


This shop is located under the elevated Yamanote Line. It is a meal ticket system, and the most popular is "Chinese noodles special soy sauce". I'm also curious about "Umekaru special tsukemen" ... This time I ordered Chinese noodles safely.


The Chinese noodles that came in about 5 minutes are soft and gentle with seafood and soy sauce. In addition to the usual "Chinese noodles (750 yen including tax)" toppings such as char siu, menma, seaweed, green onions, and naruto, the special Chinese noodles include taste balls, 2 shrimp wontons, and 2 char siu and seaweed. It's cheap if normal ramen becomes special ramen just by charging 250 yen.


The soup with dried sardines is refreshing. It is probably Yuzu that pops from the depths of the soy sauce scent and gives a refreshing aftertaste. The point is to add a citrus accent to the soy sauce-based soup that everyone thinks of as "Chinese noodles." The taste that seems to be good for women.


The medium-thin small noodles have no peculiarity, good or bad, and are a little hard. However, the balance with the soup is just right, and you can continue to eat.


The soft-boiled egg yolk melts when you bite into the topping taste ball. Shrimp wonton filled with ingredients and moist char siu also go well with the soup.




Compared to the previously introduced "Wow! Niboshi Ramen Nagi" , the "Chinese Soba Special Soy Sauce" from "Edomae Niboshi Chinese Soba Kimihan" has a decent flavor. Especially, the flavor of yuzu that spreads at the end is very comfortable, so please give it a try.
