This is a dessert made from almond tofu topped with a sauce containing white peach pulp. The sauce is in a middle plate, and it is a type that can be left behind.


When you open the lid, the gorgeous scent of white peach that is released as soon as you wait. The flesh, which has a slight crispy texture in its softness, spreads its fresh sweetness the more you chew it. It is the plump and elastic almond tofu that holds it. The richness of milk and the mellow apricot kernel flavor are happy.


The sauce contains concentrated peach juice and thigh syrup, as well as liqueur and concentrated raspberry juice. The slight acidity adds depth to the taste.


The almond tofu weighs 150g (5.29oz) and the sauce weighs 40g (1.41oz). By all means as a snack when you are hungry.
