At each Ministop store, the new sweet potato-based Chinese bun "Baked Sweet Potato Man" will be released sequentially from November 10th (all stores will be released on November 17th). The price is 118 yen (tax included).

Roasted sweet potato bun is a Chinese bun that uses two types of sweet potatoes, "Anno potato" and "Red Haruka". It contains plenty of dice-cut Beniharu and smooth and rich Anno potato bean paste. The red-purple fabric reproduces the "skin" of sweet potatoes.


Sweet potato paste with a fluffy and chewy texture. You can enjoy the sweetness of the potato itself, which is so rich that you can feel the roughness on your tongue and does not have an extraordinary taste. The skin and bean paste are well-balanced, and the size and shape are easy to eat with one hand, so you can feel your cheeks while walking!
