Marugame Seimen "Fried Udon with Vegetables"

At each Marugame Seimen store, "Korokoro Vegetable Fried Dashi Udon" will be on sale for a limited time from October 24th to early December (excluding some stores).

This is a warm udon noodle made by deep-fried 3 kinds of root vegetables (radish, carrot, taro) and tender chicken, and matched with the noodles prepared in the store. The ingredients are boiled in a dashi stock, soaked in flavor, then battered and fried to trap the umami. Served with fragrant green pepper and chopped yuzu.

After the order is placed, the ingredients are boiled again in udon soup so that the flavor is soaked in, so the umami spreads in your mouth the moment you chew. Udon, which you can enjoy in a hot state until the end, is perfect for the chilly season.

The price is 620 yen for average, 720 yen for large, and 820 yen for profit, all including tax.
