The texture of the thick flesh and the melty mouthfeel of plenty of cream are luxurious! The cream has no sweetness, and the richness of the milk enhances the soft sweetness of the figs. It goes well with simple whole wheat bread. It is a dish that makes the best use of the deliciousness of the material.


Garnish with roasted nuts, British Stilton cheese and Cotswold honey. The slightly mature lineup, like wine snacks, goes great with figs!
