The pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake" opens for the first time in Chiba Prefecture. "Happy Pancake Funabashi Store" will open in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture on October 5th.

The pancakes at the store are characterized by their "fluffy texture." No baking powder is used for the dough, and it can be baked slowly for 20 minutes or more, such as by steaming. The toppings of whipped butter are high-purity manuka honey directly imported from New Zealand and fermented butter made from raw milk from Hokkaido.

Including the signature menu "Happy Pancake" (1,100 yen, tax included, same below), "Tea Milk Pancake Homemade Granola Gake" (1,350 yen) accented with homemade apple cinnamon granola, "rich" using cream cheese and mascarpone The lineup includes "Cheese Muscarpone Cake with Berry Sauce" (1,280 yen).


The store is located on the 2nd floor of Renai Lyra Tower Funabashi, 4-44-25 Honcho, Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. Business hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 20:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, it will be open from 11:00 on October 5th, the first day of the opening.
