On September 29, "Seijo Ishii Trie Keio Chofu Store" opened in Chofu, Tokyo. It is a new format "Grossalant" type store that combines a food supermarket and eating and drinking space.

Grocery is a coined word that combines "grocery" and "restaurant", which means food supermarkets. Grossarant, where you can enjoy authentic taste in the store, is now attracting attention in Europe and the United States.

At the Trie Keio Chofu store, there is a dining space "SEIJO ISHII STYLE DELI & CAFE" right next to the usual food supermarket. A menu using ingredients sold at supermarkets will be provided.

For example, the hamburger patty, which is one of the menus, uses Japanese black beef hamburger sold at the meat corner. Vegetables such as lettuce, pickles, and tartar sauce are also made from the products lined up in the sales floor.

In addition, the popular "Premium Cheesecake" is offered "freshly baked" only at the same store. The "freshly baked premium cheesecake" (799 yen), which is baked three times a day in the kitchen inside the store, seems to be able to enjoy the rich taste of cream cheese. The scheduled baking time is 11:00, 14:00, and 18:00.
