I want to eat sushi . Conveyor belt sushi that you can easily eat is good, but sushi that doesn't turn occasionally. However, when it comes to counter sushi, it's hard to get into because of the price. Isn't there a high-cost sushi restaurant where you can enjoy a little luxury while being cheap and delicious?

When I was talking about that, a friend from Waseda University told me about the sushi restaurant "Kosushi". It is a high-cost sushi restaurant that can be reached within a 1-minute walk from JR Takadanobaba Station. I have to go for this!



If you visit after 19:00 on weekdays, the store is almost full. I almost gave up for a moment, but the kind general called out to other customers and made a seat. It seems that it is possible to order consistently, but since it is a good idea, I ordered the highest grade "special sushi (2,000 yen including tax)" . It's the first time I've asked for a special selection at a sushi restaurant that doesn't turn around. The tension rises too much and the Shibugakitai corps in the brain also makes noise.

■ (High cost performance) I don't eat sushi!

The sushi that the general holds in front of you while smiling is served on a plate. When my friend was eating, they were lined up at the counter, but the system seems to have changed a little. On this day, there are 8 kinds of fatty tuna, fatty tuna, fatty tuna, sea urchin, sweet shrimp, ark shell, amberjack, and squid.


What is surprising is the consistent deca . The thickly cut body completely covers the rice. Immediately, when I try to eat the fatty tuna ... it melts in my mouth ! It's full of good quality fat, and it's an irresistible consistency for lovers. The temperature of the rice and the degree of disintegration when chewed are just right.


Squid that you can enjoy a light chewy texture, plump red clams, melty sweet shrimp, smooth sea urchin, amberjack that is crispy but easy to eat, and sushi and toro harmony are exquisite. Everything is messed up! I mean, it's too cost-effective to enjoy this much material for 2,000 yen including tax . One plate completely satisfied my sushi craving.

■ I don't eat soba!

In addition, this "Sachi Sushi" is a baton touch to the standing soba restaurant "Yoshidaya Soba" in the daytime. It was a shop that double-cropped sushi and soba.


The popular menu is "Tempura Soba (390 yen including tax)". It takes about 30 seconds from ordering to serving, like a traditional standing soba restaurant. The moist fried tuyu is placed on the tuyu, which has a strong flavor of soy sauce and bonito. It's a light and personal type of tuyu that I personally like. This is good to eat quickly before going to work.
