From Koike-ya's long-selling brands "Karamucho" and "Suppa Mucho", new products "Karamu Super Rich Beef Stewed XO Sauce Tailoring" and "Suppa Mu Super Truffle Fragrant Carpaccio" will be released in September. It will be released at convenience stores on the 25th. The general release is October 2nd.
"Umami" is the main character of "Mu Cho", which is created by combining selected materials. He said that he aimed to bring out the umami to the maximum with spiciness and acidity, aiming for "overwhelming umami that exceeds the common sense of snack foods." The estimated price is around 150 yen for both.
From Mucho to "Mu Super"
Karamoo Super: Thick beef stew XO sauce is a snack that enhances the taste of beef with spices (cumin, chili, paprika, star anise, oregano). A deep taste in which the umami of rich beef is entwined with the complex flavor of spices. The spiciness will gradually chase afterwards. The taste is just like XO sauce, with a bite of umami.

Super Mu: Truffle-scented scallop carpaccio is a snack that brings out the umami of scallops with lemon. Rich umami and refreshing acidity spread throughout your mouth. Prior to its release, a limited edition product with a band of testimonials by former Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry bureaucrat and economic journalist Hiroyuki Kishi appeared at the Sanseido Bookstore Jimbocho Main Store, pretending to be a book. It is on sale from September 20th to September 26th. Limited to 50 pieces per day.
